Sr. Director, Business Continuity

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Business Continuity to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location:

Frisco, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $208,300 – $281,800 annually

• Lead business continuity strategy to ensure operational stability
• Oversee preparedness planning and incident response governance for high‑risk events
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance incident response mechanisms
• Drive proactive risk identification and resilience planning efforts
• Implement business continuity exercises and improvement initiatives
• Communicate strategies and updates to stakeholders regularly
• Maintain and present metrics regarding business continuity programs

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• 10+ years leading enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management programs
• 4-7 years managing crisis management and emergency response plan development in the private sector
• 4-7 years collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a corporate environment
