Key Responsibilities
- Negotiation Strategy Development:
Develop negotiation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, considering risk tolerance, financial implications, and long-term relationships with counter parties. - Contract Review and Analysis:
Review contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks, ambiguities, and areas for negotiation or clarification. Conduct thorough analysis to ensure contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements. - Negotiation Execution:
Lead or participate in contract negotiations with vendors, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable terms, mitigate risks, and secure mutually beneficial agreements. - Term and Condition Negotiation:
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, indemnities, dispute resolution mechanisms, and termination clauses. - Contract Drafting and Redlining:
Draft contract documents, incorporating negotiated terms and conditions, using standardized templates or customized agreements. Redline contract drafts to track changes and ensure consistency with negotiated terms. - Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, operations, and regional/market teams, to align contract negotiations with organizational objectives and address any concerns or requirements. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate positive relationships with counter parties, building rapport and trust through effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution during contract negotiations and throughout the contract lifecycle. - Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contract negotiations, correspondence, agreements, ensuring compliance with recordkeeping policies and facilitating audit trails. - Continuous Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve contract negotiation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes. Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future negotiations. - This position is full time in office five days a week.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Engineering (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in technology sourcing, engineering, or a similar role (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience managing business requirements, project plans, project schedules, and associated project materials in a mid- to large-size company (Required)

Base Pay Range: $87,000 – $156,900. Corporate Bonus Target: 15%.
T-Mobile employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role, with a year-end bonus generally set at a percentage of eligible earnings. Certain positions are eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance.
