Location:
North Palm Beach, FL, or Frisco, TX.
An experienced Compliance & Corporate Filing Specialist will work in an office setting, partnering with internal Account Managers, state authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely filings on behalf of clients. The role requires precision, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file corporate documents for companies across the U.S. and internationally, including business formations, registrations, amendments, and governance updates.
- Work directly with clients to gather financial and other necessary information for state filings.
- Research filing rules and procedures in different states and jurisdictions to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with other compliance specialists on larger, more complex projects.
- Send documents to clients, vendors, and government agencies using appropriate delivery methods.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: 2+ years of Registered Agent/Corporate Filing experience at the Secretary of State.
- Experience with corporate filings: formation, registrations, amendments, governance updates.
- Experience with state filings and jurisdictional research.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive, enthusiastic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with macOS and MS Office Suite (Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time‑management skills with ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and meet strict deadlines.

Compensation:
Base pay range $24–$26 per hour (specific to North Palm Beach FL and Frisco TX).
