Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic analyst to own the government procurement intelligence function for T-Mobile’s Federal, DoD, and SLED pursuit pipeline – monitoring procurement signals, tracking contract expirations, and producing the intelligence that positions T-Mobile upstream of solicitations before competitors engage. It involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to perform complex analyses and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions. The role requires synthesizing recommendations and constructing executive-level presentations to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Success is measured by the ability to influence decision-making, drive cross-functional collaboration, and provide actionable business insights. The work impacts organizational strategy and supports leadership in aligning business initiatives with market dynamics and customer needs.

- Own continuous procurement signal monitoring across Gov Win IQ, SAM.gov, USA Spending.gov, and agency forecast portals – tracking expirations, Sources Sought notices, RFI activity, and IDIQ/GWAC recompete windows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Sales to support business planning.
- Produce and own the monthly Government Winback Calendar: highest-priority expiring Federal and SLED contracts with engagement windows, agency stakeholder context, and competitive vulnerability assessment.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analyses and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and communications to support strategic initiatives and leadership engagements.
- Synthesize business insights and craft messaging tailored to diverse audiences to support performance reviews and growth initiatives.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years experience in government procurement intelligence or Federal BD intelligence support in a federal contracting, defense, public sector technology, or government consulting environment – with Gov Win IQ and SAM.gov as core daily job functions. (Preferred)
- Up to 2 years SLED procurement experience: state procurement portals, cooperative purchasing vehicles, and local government RFP patterns. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years experience in strategy and problem-solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data-driven recommendations. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years experience in financial modeling and analytics.
- Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Preferred)
- Up to 2 years experience in project management, including managing projects independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans. (Preferred)
