Origin Bank is seeking a Retail Compliance and QC Analyst to establish and monitor deposit compliance programs and quality control processes. You will manage first line of defense, track evolving federal and state regulations, and work with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams to ensure policy adherence.
You will develop and maintain RCSA, KRIs and KPIs, provide guidance to retail staff on applicable laws, and produce management reports.
