The Business Operations Support Admin Support (Chargebacks) plays a critical role in protecting revenue and ensuring compliance across card networks. This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and responding to chargeback disputes by building strong, well-documented representment cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily chargeback notifications and supporting documentation to assess validity and next steps
• Analyze transactions and documentation to determine eligibility for representment
• Build and submit compliant representment cases in alignment with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Conduct detailed research to gather required transaction data and supporting evidence
• Validate journals and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Route transactions through the appropriate network channels for dispute resolution
• Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Support additional operational tasks and process improvements as needed
