• The Senior Business Analyst provides enterprise business analysis services supporting strategic sales technology transformation initiatives across AI  Agent force Mule Soft Talend and Operational Data Store ODS modernization programs.
• This role partners closely with Project Managers Product Owners Architects Developers and Business Stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables gather and document business requirements facilitate solution design discussions and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives The position combines Handson requirements management with cross functional coordination stakeholder engagement and support for large scale transformation programs focused on automation data modernization customer experience and AI driven innovation
• Enterprise Business Analysis Project Delivery
• 5-10 years of enterprise business analysis experience supporting large scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering documenting and managing business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting  implementations and enhancements.
• Working knowledge of Agentforce AI platforms automation technologies or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Experience with Mule Soft Talend enterprise integrations and data transformation projects preferred.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and Dev Ops based development organizations.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical communication documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
