About the Family & The Position:

At Hello Nanny!, we’re helping a busy family of four in Frisco, TX find a caring, reliable, and experienced Nanny to focus on after-school routines and childcare. The family holds high expectations for engagement, structure, and professionalism, and values a candidate who can support a home environment rooted in Christian principles.

The Nanny will manage school pick-up, homework, playtime, and extracurricular activities while fostering parent-child connection, especially given the parents’ busy, demanding careers with frequent travel. The household is additionally staffed with a House Manager who oversees primarily morning through mid-day operations, with a small overlap with the Nanny, making this a 30-hour-per-week afternoon-focused nanny role. The Nanny’s primary responsibility is to prioritize the children’s care, ensuring consistency in routines, learning, and development while promoting independence, kindness, and strong character.

The family is seeking a dependable, long-term partner to support their household and children.

  • Collaborate with parents to align routines and ensure meaningful family time
  • Follow household structures, written instructions, and communication from parents seamlessly
  • Maintain developmentally appropriate play and learning spaces that are fun, safe, and educational

  • Skilled at managing after-school routines, homework, play, and extracurricular activities with consistency and structure
  • Warm, loving, and patient while maintaining clear boundaries and fostering a sense of respect and responsibility in children
  • Able to reinforce and model Christian values, guiding children in kindness, character, and faith-based principles
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable following written instructions, household structures, and daily communication from parents
  • Strong communicator, able to provide thoughtful updates on children’s activities, milestones, and development
  • Flexible and dependable, able to adjust schedules for sick days, holidays, and summer breaks as needed
  • Committed to fostering meaningful parent-child connection, coordinating bonding time during busy or travel-heavy schedules
