Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
- Construction for a direct hire opportunity in Frisco, TX, focused on utility construction and municipal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction leader with a strong background in underground utilities, civil construction, and public infrastructure delivery. The Project Manager
- Construction will oversee projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships. This is a strong opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys leading complex construction projects, working closely with municipalities and engineering teams, and delivering high‑quality results safely and efficiently.
- Manage multiple utility construction projects through planning, execution, closeout, and final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, engineers, inspectors, and client stakeholders.
- Review construction plans, specifications, drawings, contracts, change orders, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
