You will support preconstruction services, perform quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates for commercial projects, and coordinate with owners, architects and the preconstruction and operations teams.
Responsibilities include bid solicitation, value engineering, scheduling input, document control, and research of historical costs to inform project budgets.
