• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience in a graphic designer or similar creative role.
• Strong conceptual thinker who pitches fresh, strategic ideas.
• Organized
  , detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in applying and maintaining brand standards, ensuring all design work precisely reflects established guidelines for consistency and quality.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics and UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Create and refine copywriting elements in coordination with design work to ensure cohesive storytelling and communication.
• Support content development by drafting and proofreading copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Passionate about design, branding, and collaborating to deliver memorable, effective visual solutions.
