Manager, Creative Video - Event Presentation & Live ExperiencesThe Manager of Creative Video - Event Presentation & Live Experiences is a manager role within the Creative Video department, responsible for contributing to the creative strategy, execution, and delivery of video content for Cowboys home games and major live events at AT&T Stadium. This position serves as a key creative collaborator for Event Presentation video content and partners closely with internal stakeholders to elevate the in-venue fan experience while maintaining brand excellence.
This role reports to the Director of Creative Video and the Sr.Manager of Event Presentation, with close collaboration across Marketing & Brand, Corporate Partnerships, Social Media, Stadium Operations, and other business units. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in live environments, values collaboration, and is driven to deliver premium fan-facing content at the highest level of professional sports.
Key Responsibilities- Oversees the creation and delivery of in-game content for all Dallas Cowboys home games, ensuring reliability, creative consistency, and real-time responsiveness in a live broadcast environment.
- Contributes and evolves the creative vision for Event Presentation and Live Experiences content, ensuring a consistent, high-impact fan experience across all live environments.
- Serves as the primary creative liaison to Event Presentation leadership, reducing misalignment and ensuring concepts are clearly communicated, defended, and executed.
- Leads Event Presentation projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and priorities are managed without disruption to live operations.
- Identifies and develops new content opportunities, preventing creative stagnation and increasing fan engagement and entertainment value.
- Oversees editors, shooters, motion designers, and freelancers, providing clear ownership and preventing gaps in execution or creative direction.
- Manages by delivering consistent creative feedback, direction, and mentorship, maintaining quality, morale, and performance as live content demands scale.
- Partners with Event Presentation producers and control room staff, preventing breakdowns in communication during live execution.
- Works all home games and select live events to support real-time creative decision‑making, minimizing on‑the‑fly risk and ensuring creative intent is upheld under pressure.
- Stays current with trends, tools, and technologies in live sports and entertainment production, ensuring content remains fresh, competitive, and audience‑relevant.
- Supports additional stadium events and third‑party productions, ensuring consistency and quality beyond core game‑day programming.
- Uses performance data, fan engagement metrics, and stakeholder feedback to refine creative strategy, aligning creative decisions with measurable impact.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 5-7 years of professional video production experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or live event environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects; working knowledge of Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve preferred.
- Strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of pacing, visual language, and live sports presentation.
- Solid knowledge of video codecs, compression, transcoding, and delivery workflows.
- Experience shooting with DSLR and cinema‑style cameras; ability to support in‑game shooting based on experience.
- Ability to create both video and graphic elements for live and in‑game production.
- Proven experience leading creative projects and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑profile projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sports, culture, and live entertainment.
- Stand on feet for long, extended periods of time – ability to bend, squat, lean, and to carry equipment up to approximately 40 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to travel 20‑30%, depending on schedule.
