We’re looking for an Editor to support the Dude Perfect’s post-production team. This role will be

responsible for assembling, refining, and delivering high-quality edits that capture the energy,

adventure, and personality of the channel and the Dude Perfect brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced You Tube production

environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing full edits independently, from ingest

and organization through final delivery. They understand You Tube pacing, unscripted

storytelling, and competition-style formats, and can craft compelling and engaging narratives.

This role will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and the Production

Manager to ensure every video meets the highest standard of quality and performance.

The Editor will report directly to the Lead Editor.

Full-time

• - 3-5 years of professional editing experience in digital media, sports, entertainment, orhigh-concept You Tube-first content.
• - Proven ability to independently manage full edits from ingest through final delivery.
• - Strong understanding of long-form You Tube pacing, retention mechanics, and audience engagement.
• - Experience editing unscripted, competition-based content strongly preferred.
• - Comfort working with multi-camera productions.
• - Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software.
• - Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback.
• - Experience working within fast-paced, high-output content teams.
