Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part‑Time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. This role is essential to creating a positive experience at Big Brainbox and supporting daily front‑desk operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy education environment.

What

You'll Do
  • Greet students, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to basic questions about programs and schedules
  • Assist with class and camp check‑in and check‑out
  • Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
  • Support customer service needs calmly and professionally
  • Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
  • Communicate with instructors and staff to support daily operations
  • Handle confidential information responsibly
Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Reliable, punctual, and well‑organized
  • Comfortable working with children and families
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)
