Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a structured, schedule-driven role.
You'llmanage a predictable daily caseload of recurring clients,using specialized equipment, andown the experience from check-in to session close.
- Build relationships with clients to maximize achieved outcomes
- Welcome clients, orient them to their session, andmaintaina calm, professional presence throughout
- Operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols (full paid training)
- Document session notes and update client records accurately after each appointment
- Maximize client retention rates so they complete the full course of treatment
- Maintain a clean, organized, consistent environment that clients depend on

What We're Looking For- 2+ years in a premium client-facingor customer service role such asluxury retail, hospitality, wellness,spa, country clubs & memberships,etc…
- A service standard that holds regardless of how your day is going
- Professional composure to redirect client energy in a productive direction
- Strong attention to detail;followinga process and documenting it accurately
- Reliable attendance;your clients schedule their day around youshowingup
- $23–$30/hr - Ameaningful step up from most hospitality and retail pay

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pay ranges $25-26.50 hourly.
