Aboutthe Role:

AtLivePURE, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our Brand Partners and Customers. As a Brand Partner Sales Support Representative,you'll be the first point of contact-providing support, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

Thisis more than a customer service role-you'll build relationships, recommendsolutions, and play a key part in supporting our growing community.
What You'll Do:

• Provide friendly, professional support viaphone and email

• Assist with questions related to products,orders, promotions, and rewards programs

• Recommend products and share current promotionsusing a consultative approach

• Process orders, returns, and paymentsaccurately

• Conduct daily outbound outreach to shareupdates, offers, and opportunities

• Resolve customer concerns quickly with a focuson first-call resolution

• Stay informed on company products, programs,and incentives

• Escalate complex issues when needed and keepleadership informed

• Collaborate with your team and participate inongoing training

Experience and Skills
What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• A positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfort with upselling and promoting products or programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Spanish/ English bilingual skills preferred but not required.
Work Environment:

• Onsite at corporate office in Plano, TX

•

Schedule:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (subject to business needs)

• Fast-paced call center environment

• Primarily seated, computer-based work
