Part Time Customer Care Agent

  6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
• Training: 1 week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. 100% Attendance required.
• Post Training:
  Must be able to work from 10:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday.
• Pay:
  Starts at $18.25 per hour, with potential increases after training and performance reviews.
• Bilingual Bonus:
  Possible pay increase for English/ Spanish speakers after evaluation.

• Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
• Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
• Able to manage 30 to 50+ inbound customer service calls per day

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Previous call center experience is preferred
• Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
• 1+ years' experience working with MS Office Suite
• Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
• Attention to detail
