Full‑time position located at 16803 Coit Road, Suite 150, Frisco, TX 75035. Opening July 25, 2025 (training will start shortly at the Plano Lakeside salon).

You will be one of the founding team members shaping the culture and client experience from day one.

• Own the front of house – greet each client by name, manage floor flow, and ensure no one feels like they are waiting
• Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and payment processing with speed and accuracy
• Manage the appointment calendar and keep scheduling running smoothly across all chairs
• Field phone calls and emails professionally – you represent the brand with every interaction
• Resolve any client concerns on the spot with calm confidence and good judgment
• Keep the lobby, retail display, and front desk area immaculate and well‑stocked
• Support the service team so they may focus entirely on delivering great cuts
• Execute opening and closing procedures reliably every shift

• Genuine warmth and the ability to make anyone feel welcome – this cannot be faked
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or client‑facing roles (preferred)
• Calm and composed under pressure – busy Saturdays do not rattle you
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable with salon or reservation software
• Polished professional appearance and strong verbal communication
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• A genuine desire to grow – we promote from within, and this role has a ceiling only if you put one there
