Greeter – Part‑time – Saturday and Sunday, 8am – 6pm – Frisco, TX

Provide frontline customer service at PGA Coaching Center, welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and supporting registration for lessons while upholding the PGA’s culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Greet customers upon entrance in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and seek ways to surprise and delight guests.
  • Act as a point of reference for customers needing assistance or information.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all services and deliver them in an exceptional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the coaching center spaces and lobby remain clean and tidy.
  • Provide tours of the Coaching Center.
  • Acquire working knowledge of the technology used at the center.
  • Assist with requests to enhance the coaching experience by listening to comments and resolving minor issues.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of customer service experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and presentations.
  • Ability to apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.
  • Strong reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork, responding positively to instructions.
  • Customer‑focus mindset, building trust and maintaining relationships.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds required.
  • Ability to work weekends.
