Martinizing Cleaners is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps / Team Members!

Martinizing Cleaners is seeking responsible, personable Team Members to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a clean, neat appearance, be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive, friendly attitude when assisting customers.

This position combines customer service with wash-and-fold laundry processing
, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and working as part of a team. No prior dry-cleaning or laundry experience is required — we will provide training!

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers with our automated drop-off and pick-up kiosk and conveyor system as needed

• Answer customer questions regarding cleaning services, stains, garment care, and order status

• Receive, sort, examine, and mark/tag incoming customer garments

• Process wash-and-fold laundry orders from start to finish

• Sort laundry according to customer instructions, garment type, and appropriate wash requirements

• Load and operate commercial washers and dryers

• Fold clothing and household items neatly and consistently according to Martinizing standards

• Package and prepare completed wash-and-fold orders for customer pick-up or delivery

• Carefully follow customer-specific instructions and identify items requiring special attention

• Maintain an organized and clean wash-and-fold work area

• Help ensure customer orders are accurate and completed on time

• Assist with customer transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy when necessary

• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, professional store appearance

• Other duties as assigned
