Upper School Principal

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upper School Principal at Legacy Christian Academy's campus in Frisco, TX. The US Principal will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks that align with the Academy's mission, including the developing over 450 high school studebts to be strong leaders eith biblical convictions. Collaborating with team members and fostering strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues will be central to the position.

The chosen candidate will play a key role in supporting the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of the students.

• Proven expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, and classroom instruction
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Experience in student engagement, relationship building, and creating positive learning environments
• Organizational and time management skills to successfully plan and execute responsibilities
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of Legacy Christian Academy
• Bachelor’s degree in education or management (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience in working with students, parents, and educational professionals is a plus
• Familiarity with integrating biblical principles into educational instruction is desired
