Job Description and Location

The Goddard School of Frisco (West), Texas is seeking an Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator. The role involves managing enrollment, tours, admissions pipeline, building relationships with families, and supporting marketing and events.

Pay:
Salary + Variable Incentives.

Location:

3336 Main Street, Frisco, Texas 75033. Work in‑person, Monday to Friday, 8‑hour day shift. Full‑time position.

• Support enrollment efforts: manage inquiries, schedule tours, and follow‑ups.
• Conduct school tours and maintain accurate records of admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current families.
• Assist in onboarding new families and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Support family engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with community outreach and building local partnerships.
• Represent the school at events, open houses, and community activities.
• Support social media updates, email newsletters, and communication efforts.
• Assist in planning and execution of school events.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist leadership with reporting, documentation, and follow‑up tasks.

• BA or BS in Early/Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 21 credits in early childhood education as required by IL.
• Prior managerial experience in a preschool setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
