We aim to make music lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible because we believe music education is essential to a better, happier world.

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio in the Frisco area, but we have students needing teachers immediately. Lessons can be held in the students’ homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. Although webcam lessons are requested occasionally, the majority of students prefer in‑person lessons, so we need local instructors willing to travel within the Frisco area.

Compensation is on an independent contractor basis, ranging from $20 to $30 per hour depending on travel time, your experience or education, and your student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule, curriculum, and lesson plans. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help lighten your load so you can focus on the music.

We look for candidates who are great with kids, love teaching, communicate well with our office, and are organized and punctual for all lessons. Formal music training is not mandatory, but a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.
