At Kid Strong, we build strong, confident, high-character kids through a science-based curriculum that develops the whole child:
Brain, Body, and Character. That work happens in centers, led by coaches and leaders who have been trained to deliver it with excellence every single time. That's where you come in.
As an HQ Field Trainer, you hold the bar. You train and certify coaches, center leaders and area developers in order to protect the integrity of the Kid Strong experience across every center. You don't just teach the playbook, you embody it.
This role sits at the intersection of coaching standards, culture protection, and franchise talent development — training and evaluating candidates on the floor, making certification decisions, and ensuring every Kid Strong center opens and continues to operate with coaches who meet the Kid Strong standard.
TAC Trainers are the last line of quality control before a coach enters a Kid Strong center. They assess not just technical coaching ability, but Kid Strong DNA: command presence, teacher DNA, performer instinct, and the ability to lead a class independently from day one.
If you thrive in front of a room, love developing people, and believe that consistency in training is what separates good brands from great ones, keep reading.
