Crossover is hiring a Youth Mentor for on-site work at Alpha campuses across the United States. This is a full-time contractor role with compensation of $50 USD/hour, equating to about $100,000 USD per year at 40 hours/week over 50 weeks.
You will run life-skills workshops for K-8 students, conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions, and guide learners toward 100% completion of weekly objectives using Coachbot data and Alpha incentives.
