Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Systems Engineering & Application Support professional to join their dedicated team. As a Systems Engineering & Application Support specialist, you will work in the Infrastructure and Operations department supporting mission‑critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to system reliability.

Job Title: Systems Engineering & Application Support

Location: Frisco, TX / Alpharetta, GA / Lincoln, NE / Omaha, NE

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure and application engineering, including system design, build, configuration, and lifecycle management across physical and virtual server environments.
• Oversee daily systems administration, systems management, and application support functions ensuring stability, security, and availability.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with project delivery, production sustainment, and team talent development.
• Architect and guide complex infrastructure solutions spanning enterprise data centers, high‑volume transaction platforms, and regulated environments.
• Provide operational support for development, test, and production environments, including incident management, root cause analysis, and middleware maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Strong background in UNIX/Linux, Solaris, shell scripting, hardware/OS troubleshooting, and enterprise server configuration (including Web Logic).
• Experience in system patching, hardening, automated deployments, and secure operations.
• Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructures, applications, and mission‑critical environments.
