Location: Oklahoma Based (Travel Required, Project Dependent)

Position Summary: The Integrity Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing asset integrity programs to ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of oil and gas facilities, pipelines, and related infrastructure. This role provides leadership in integrity management, inspection, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across all phases of asset life cycles.



Key Responsibilities /

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain asset integrity management programs for pipelines, facilities, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations (e.g., PHMSA, API, ASME)
  • Manage inspection, testing, and monitoring programs including corrosion control, pressure testing, and in‑service inspections
  • Evaluate integrity data, identify risks, and develop mitigation and remediation plans
  • Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations; recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, inspection, and maintenance teams to support safe operations
  • Manage third‑party inspection contractors and service providers
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews
  • Prepare and maintain integrity documentation, reports, and records
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to integrity and inspection personnel

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in asset integrity, inspection, or reliability within the oil & gas industry
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline and facility integrity management practices
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (API, ASME, NACE, PHMSA)
  • Experience with risk‑based inspection (RBI) and integrity assessments
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (preferred)
  • NACE / AMPP certification
  • AWS CWI or NWIS CPWI certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Work may be performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind and rain.
  • Physical tasks may include lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • The position may require travel to various locations.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments and comply with safety requirements
  • Must be able to commute for travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Overtime: Exempt
