When you arrive at our Frisco, TX facility, your first stop is the MRP queue. You review work orders, pull engineering drawings, and gather materials for the next build. Before lunch, you’re assembling avionics for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), routing harnesses cleanly, and validating connections. The afternoon brings a GCS configuration, a quick composite touch-up on a fairing, and support for an engine ground run.
You document everything per approved procedures, collaborate with teammates to hit delivery targets, and leave knowing a fully tested aircraft system is one step closer to the sky.

Contract:
3-month contract with conversion to direct hire after the contract
What you’ll do Assemble, configure, and test aircraft systems across platforms such as UAVs, avionics, Ground Control Stations (GCS), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Ground Data Terminals (GDT), and other electronics.
Troubleshoot issues, perform component removal and replacement, conduct testing, and complete documentation using approved technical publications and procedures.
Carry out trim, paint, and bodywork on UAV components to achieve a production-quality finish.
Support engine ground runs and break-ins, including assembly and test activities.
Execute modifications and repairs on composite components.
Partner closely with teammates to ensure aircraft meet quality standards and ship on time.
Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and detailed work instructions for part fabrication and assembly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring6–12 months of hands-on experience in aircraft production/manufacturing (e.g., composite layup, avionics fabrication/installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground support).6–12 months of experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Excellent time management, organization, and communication.
Demonstrated safety focus, including safe handling of hazardous materials, chemicals, and tools.
Comfort with MS Office and production-related software tools.
Analytical problem-solver with a continuous improvement approach.
Thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment and adapts quickly.
