- Plan, design, analyze, and execute electrical systems for Parkhill projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and project teams to develop safe, efficient, and code-compliant electrical designs
- Collaborate with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees
- Manage planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting
- Train and mentor staff on Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
- Train and mentor staff on electrical building design requirements
- Review project details to proactively manage risk
- Evaluate observations and design systems that withstand site installation conditions
- Lead design teams in preparing plans, specifications, and bid/construction documents
- Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Professional engineer registration (PE) in Texas or OK
- Proficient in computerized design software including Revit, AutoCAD, Visual Lighting, and SKM
- Knowledge of civil engineering practices and principles
- Ability to keep up with changing industry trends
- Detailed understanding of project engineering methods
- Ability to lead project design from start to finish while considering time, cost, and resources
- Effective communication with all levels of employees
- Strategic and effective delegation skills
Demonstrates expertise in electrical system design, project management, and regulatory compliance, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Capable of leading design teams and mentoring staff while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
