• Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment.
• Provide an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Inform immediate supervisor promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternative courses of action.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members and managers.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smile and greet guests upon entering the midway.
• Assist guests by repairing and maintaining amusement equipment in a timely manner.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games, paying special attention to securing all ticket storage areas.
• Assist the guest with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations.
• Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return.
• Notify manager of any guest that is perceived to be unhappy.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift, if applicable.
• Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard.
• Review cleanliness and organization of the midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
• Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales.
• Assist in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist with general store maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Be friendly, smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and other team members.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Read and write handwritten notes.

$7.25 - $16.50
