Note:
This role educates and provides services to participants and does not provide financial advice.
- Establishes rapport quickly with participants, setting them at ease and guiding financial transactions and long-term asset planning
- Understands participant needs and outlines appropriate solutions using TIAA products and services; explains viable options clearly
- Answers participant questions by communicating financial plan details and providing additional explanations when necessary
- Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participants
- Maintains records of all participant interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, including banking service transactions
- Refers participants to business partners when appropriate to help achieve the desired outcome
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- No Experience Required
- SRC Indicator:
Series 6 or 7;

- Life and Health Insurance License (Multi-state) – Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

- Candidates with SIE may be eligible for a $1500 bonus
- Start Date:
July 6, 2026 - Hours of operation:
Mon – Fri, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Central Time - Must be able to complete employment screening, including a Credit Report background check
- Interview will be in-person
- Compensation: base pay plus an annual bonus targeting 15% of base pay; total compensation range estimated between $47,000 and $66,700 depending on experience and location

Base Pay Range: $22.60/hr - $28.85/hr actual base salary may vary based on experience, location, and market data. Eligible earnings include a target bonus and may include incentive programs.
