Overview
A leading commercial real estate advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Manager / Account Manager to support a high-performing, broker-led team focused on national accounts. The team advises a mix of Fortune 500 and mid-cap clients, with a strong concentration in industrial portfolios, and is building a more formalized transaction management platform to support continued growth. The selected candidate will support multi-market transactions across complex portfolios, owning market research, financial analysis, and client deliverables.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and can operate with precision while helping bring greater structure and consistency to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of commercial real estate transactions across primarily industrial and select office assets, including renewals, relocations, expansions, and dispositions
- Develop detailed market surveys and evaluate site options, coordinating with brokers across multiple markets to gather and validate data
- Build and maintain complex financial models, including lease comparisons, cash flow analysis, and scenario planning to support client decision-making
- Prepare client-facing deliverables, including presentations, transaction summaries, and strategic recommendations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across materials
- Manage transaction timelines, critical dates, and documentation across a high volume of concurrent deals, maintaining precision and accountability throughout the process
- Partner closely with brokers to support negotiation strategy, including review of Letters of Intent, lease terms, and key business points
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, project management, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment through execution
- Track and report on transaction activity across portfolios, maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity within tracking systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve consistency as the team continues to build a more formalized transaction management platform
- Support onboarding of new accounts and expansion of existing client relationships through executional excellence and responsiveness
Requirements
- 7–10 years of commercial real estate experience, ideally within corporate services or occupier-focused environments
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, multi-market transaction portfolios
- Background in transaction management, account management, or a senior analyst role with client-facing execution
- Strong financial acumen, including Excel-based modeling (lease analysis, NPV, cash flow)
- Experience supporting executive-level client stakeholders within complex organizations
- High attention to detail with a process-driven approach to managing multiple concurrent transactions
- Ability to operate independently within a collaborative, broker-led, partner-oriented team environment
