In this role you will be focused on the delivery of a full range of international tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Your responsibilities will include interacting closely with clients to provide innovative international tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise; developing and managing staff;

working closely with staff on client management, practice development and business development activities; and formulating and delivering innovative international tax planning and savings strategies. You will work side-by-side with firm leadership and our associates to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm's success. You will be a valued mentor and coach to a group of talented staff, utilizing your expertise to help develop their technical and professional skills.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee tax-planning responsibilities for clients, review complex tax research on a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions for a variety of entities and their affiliates.
• Oversee the delivery of a full range of international tax services and advise U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy and develop tax planning strategies to minimize U.S. and foreign income taxes
