This role provides financial advice and solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion.
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through prospecting, sales, and relationship enhancement.
- Understand and interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess client financial conditions and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services.
- Lead dialogue with clients on industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers and employ leadership skills in client engagements.
- Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions.

- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
- MBA considered desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record in managing extensive client portfolios, prospecting new business, enhancing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training required.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with teams.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required.
- Series7 and Series
63 licenses to be obtained within 180 days of start date.
