Senior Relationship Consulting Manager, Global Trade Management Overview Baker  Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Trade & Customs practice in a newly created, high-impact role focused on project oversight, client engagement, and resource optimization. This position will serve as a centralized leader across active engagements, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with the highest level of quality.

This role combines program-level project management, consultant utilization oversight, and client-facing advisory support, enabling scalable growth of the Global Trade practice while enhancing the client experience and reducing delivery risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Portfolio Oversight Provide centralized oversight of all active Global Trade & Customs engagements, ensuring projects remain on track with scope, timeline, and budget

Establish and maintain project management standards, tools, and reporting frameworks across the practice

Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks

Drive consistency in delivery execution and promote best practices across engagement teams

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution
