Job Summary:
This role involves managing inbound calls to resolve complex financial and fraud-related inquiries for payment processing merchants. You will be responsible for analyzing transaction data and customer information to identify and mitigate risk, while also providing exceptional customer support during challenging situations. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and stay current with industry trends to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to resolve merchant inquiries regarding fraud and financial concerns.
- Review merchant cases to release held funds and resolve balance collection issues.
- Analyze financial data and transaction patterns for fraud and risk identification.
- Provide empathetic customer service, de-escalating complex issues.
- Document transactions and procedures accurately.
Must-Have
Skills:
- Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with G-Suite and relevant software.
Industry
Experience:
- Experience in financial services or payment processing is preferred for this role.
