Overview
The Operations Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks related to opening, funding, account transfers, and ongoing maintenance of discretionary managed, fee-based accounts, as well as self-directed accounts. Under limited supervision, this role understands regulatory/compliance policies associated with the brokerage business and the financial impacts of operational and trading responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Process account opening, initiate money movement requests, account transfers, and account maintenance requests.
- Deposit client funds into the correct account.
- Perform various account maintenance processing/updates as directed by the supervisor.
- Communicate requirements to open, fund, and maintain a TIAA brokerage/managed account.
- Complete brokerage operation activities in a timely manner and at established productivity levels.
- Understand the regulatory requirements to open and maintain a brokerage/managed account.
- Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and manage a high volume of tasks to ensure cases are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Educational Requirements:

Base Pay Range: $24.04/hr - $31.30/hr actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, compensation may include participation in incentive programs as applicable.
