Point Bank has been an independent, locally-owned community bank serving Denton County, Texas since 1884 - over 135 years! Currently, we have nine branches conveniently located throughout Denton County. We, at Point Bank, would like to invite you to use our banking services, as well as consider joining our team of dedicated employees! We are hiring an enthusiastic Universal Banker to help launch and shape our newest branch. If you love people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and want to grow your career with a bank that invests in its employees, this role is for you.

You will be the welcoming face of Point Bank in Frisco. Every day you will provide prompt, efficient, friendly service while helping customers with transactions, answering questions, and solving problems with confidence and care. You will identify opportunities to support customers’ financial goals through referrals and conversations that build trust and deepen relationships.

• Support customers with everyday banking needs
• Open, close, service and support all Point Bank accounts and products
• Promote and refer banking solutions that help customers reach their goals
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support branch sales initiatives
• Conduct outbound phone calls to grow the branch
• Process commercial and consumer transactions with accuracy and compliance
