We are looking for an experienced

Commercial Lending Relationship Managerto join Amegy’sCorporate Banking Team in Frisco,TX. This role is responsible for developing and managing strong, low ‑ risk commercial client relationships by serving as the primary relationship manager, maintaining a portfolio of clients, generating and following up on new business opportunities, reviewing and recommending portfolio actions, performing sales and credit analysis, properly structuring loans, cross ‑ selling bank products, and delivering high ‑ quality customer service.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for developing strong,low riskcommercial relationships whilemaintainingquality customer service.

Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.

Maintainsa high levelof client satisfaction by generating,managing,and servicing a portfolio of clients.

Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.

Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios andmakesrecommendations as needed.

Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, clientinterviewingand perceptive character judgment.

Crosssellother bank products.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelors and 8+ years of directly related experience.

Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.

Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

• Expert knowledge of marketing, networking, credit associated lending and sales.
