Labcorp is seeking a Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to participate in the month‑end close process and assist with financial planning & reporting processes for Mid America Division.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm CT
Location:
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in‑office days at 3000 Internet Blvd, Frisco, TX and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
- Ensure month‑end close tasks and deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial review packages.
- Maintain & enhance accurate financial reporting for the Division and Sub‑Divisions.
- Complete variance analysis of business performance for monthly, quarterly and year‑to‑date results.
- Analyze current and past trends including drivers of revenue, costs, and expenses.
- Prepare financial ad‑hoc reports for various business arrangements and requests.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures and recommend solutions to streamline financial reporting.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Assist in developing the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Division and Sub‑Divisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field with 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Financial Analysis experience specifically within the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, Essbase, or other ERP systems.
- Experience working with large data sets and data visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
