Licensed Esthetician / Certified Laser Technician
Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and energetic Licensed Esthetician with a Certified Laser Technician license. The ideal candidate has expert‑level knowledge of skin anatomy and hands‑on experience providing a wide range of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, V‑beam vascular laser treatments, laser hair removal, and chemical peels.

• Laser Treatments: Safely operate V‑beam laser for vascular lesions, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation services.
• Aesthetic & Skin Treatments: Perform customized facials and advanced skincare services including microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing, chemical peels, and microneedling.
• Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Patient Care: Provide exceptional pre‑ and post‑treatment education and care instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment records, ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
• Sales & Growth: Promote retail products, monthly promotions, and aesthetic services to increase client retention and meet revenue goals.

• License: Active Esthetician license (State‑specific).
• Certification: Certified Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician or Medical Laser Specialist.

  Experience:
  
  Proven experience operating V‑beam vascular lasers.
• Skills: Proficiency in facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, skin analysis, and product knowledge.

This position requires extreme organization, strict confidentiality, effective communication skills, and excellent customer service. Candidates should be familiar with clinical office functions and comfortable using basic computer operating systems.
