The Boardroom Styling Lounge is a National company leading in the Upscale Men's Grooming industry. We provide an elevated and elegant client experience, in a team-focused environment. We are looking for licensed professional Master Hair
Stylists and Barbers to join our team to meet current business demands!

We hire and train the best team members in the industry, and are looking for passionate, skilled, growth-focused Cosmetologists and Barbers to provide luxury salon services for Men. We provide Cuts, Color, Hand & Foot Grooming, Beard Cuts & Color, Shave Services, Waxing, and Spa Facial Services. We provide all backbar, have a full time Front Desk Receptionist and are a guaranteed hourly base plus tips/commission pay structure.

Our Stylists focus solely on providing services.

• Valid State of Texas Cosmetologist or Barber License
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Superior client service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Consistent work ethic

• Perform all client services including color, shave, waxing (ear/nose) and hands/feet
• Maintain a clean salon environment above and beyond TDLR requirements
• Work as a team to perform daily cleaning duties

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Salary: $51,000 (part time) to $81,000+ (full time with tenure)/year; includes hourly, tips, commission and bonuses
