Boardroom Salon for Men is where serious barbers and stylists build serious careers. We are opening a brand-new Frisco Three Corners location on August 1 and we are looking for the best in the DFW market to be part of the founding team.

Since 2004, Boardroom has been the gold standard in upscale men's grooming. This is not walk-in volume work — our model is built around membership, loyalty, and a client base of professionals who expect precision and consistency every single visit. That means:

• $51,000–$91,000 average annualized total compensation (base + tips + commissions + bonuses)
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Guaranteed hourly base pay — always a floor, never a ceiling

• Delivering precision men's cuts: fades, tapers, bald fades, classic cuts, and modern styles
• Straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and grooming services (ear, nose, & eyebrow waxing)
• Building genuine relationships with members who come back to see you specifically
• Contributing to a shop culture that other barbers and stylists want to be a part of
• Representing the Boardroom brand with your professional appearance, positive attitude, and craft

• Valid Texas Barber License or Texas Cosmetology License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of men's cutting experience, with strong fade and taper skills preferred
• A client-first mindset — you read the room, communicate well, and make every guest feel taken care of
• Professionalism in your appearance and demeanor, every shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• A team player who makes the shop better just by being in it
