• Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments
• Deliver consistent, results‑driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques
• Customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals and needs
• Educate guests on long‑term skincare and wellness routines

• Provide luxury‑level hospitality and customer service
• Help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit
• Build strong relationships that turn first‑time guests into loyal members

• Recommend professional skincare products and home‑care routines
• Meet monthly retail and performance goals
• Promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services
• Encourage guest referrals and repeat visits

• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room
• Prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies
• Assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins

• Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
• 2 years minimum esthetician experience
• Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and guest service
• Strong retail and client relationship skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Evening and weekend availability preferred

• 8‑hour shifts
• Day and evening shifts available
• Weekends as needed
