• Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2)
• Rate: $50–$80/hour
• Benefits Eligibility: 20 hours/week guaranteed (full benefits at 30+ hours/week)
• Schedule: Begin with guaranteed 20 hours per week (20+ hours with benefits) and the opportunity to gradually grow into a Full‑time role (30+ hours). Excellent for those returning to pediatrics after time away.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and BCBAs.
• Conduct thoughtful, patient‑centered evaluations.

• CCC‑SLP certification (required).
• Active Texas SLP license.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Pediatric experience preferred (internships/CF accepted).
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive.
