• Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (based on education, experience, location, effort)
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $10,000 for qualified therapists
• Productivity model with weekly quota and bonuses (no ceiling on earnings)

• Performs services planned, delegated, and supervised by the PT
• Uses effective interpersonal relationships and communication skills to participate in teaching patients and families
• Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
• Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating and performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease
• Accepts clinical assignments consistent with education and competence to care for patients
• Meets mandatory continuing education requirements and participates in in‑service programs
• Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency
• Is proficient and comfortable using technology to communicate and perform essential job functions

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an associate degree in physical therapy
• Licensure:
  Active Texas PTA license and a valid Texas driver’s license
• Skills:
  
  Solid therapy practice standards, strong interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), DME knowledge
• Transportation:
  Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
• Experience:
  
  Home health preferred; experience with EMR Home Care Home Base a plus
