Role DescriptionThe Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for evaluating patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include providing hands‑on therapy, guiding patients through exercises, monitoring progress, and updating care plans as needed. The Physical Therapist works closely with physicians and other clinical staff to coordinate care, educate patients and families on treatment and home exercise programs, and document all services in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
The role also involves promoting injury prevention, supporting rehabilitation goals, and contributing to a positive, patient‑centered environment.
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and adjust treatment plans for orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
- Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education on exercises, pain management, and safe functional activities.
- Understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical providers.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Experience in orthopedic, sports, or spine rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of patient care, including assisting with transfers and therapeutic exercises.
