• Hire office staff, onboarding and training
• Process payroll and PTO
• Staff productivity – daily patient visits
• Coach staff and train for better patient care & satisfaction
• Address staff issues related to behavior with patients and satisfaction
• Performance evaluation for staff
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Staff – Front office staff, back office, NP, and Care Quality coordinator

• Manage both office locations and travel between them
• Attend meetings with insurance companies – ACO monthly meetings
• Track office productivity, patient satisfaction score, social media ratings
• Conduct periodic surveys with patients
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Monthly – print patient lists for overdue annual physicals and quality metric measures (mammogram, colorectal, bone density), assign to staff and track progress
• Ensure referrals & prior authorizations are completed daily by staff
• Follow up with eCW for ticket issues and updates
• Coordinate IT issues with IT personnel and other ACO companies
• Maintain a clean environment for patients and families
• Manage utilities with contractors

• Answer patient statements and billing questions
• Communicate and coordinate with the offsite billing team
• Meet with the physician weekly and provide reports regarding practice

• Manage contract staff – ensure availability daily for both locations
