• Competitive salary: $95,000 – $118,000 annually (based on experience)

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation using active and passive treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Identify patients requiring care beyond the scope of physical therapy and facilitate referrals within our multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing AI-assisted technology.
• Serve as a clinical leader within the practice and actively participate in community outreach initiatives.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
