Our privately owned Plastic Surgery practice located in Frisco is seeking a reliable, motivated Front Desk Concierge Receptionist to join our clinical team. Practice details will be shared later in the interview process as part of a selective hiring process focused on excellence in patient care, attention to detail & telephone elegance.
Our practice serves patients from the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as from across the country, offering highly personalized care in a thoughtfully designed clinical environment. We take pride in running an organized, efficient practice where patients feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit.
This role is best suited for an individual who takes initiative, enjoys a steady pace, self driven, and wants to be part of a patient-focused practice.
Compensation & Growth- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Paid Federal Holidays: 6 days
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days

- Full-time position: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Practice hours are Monday-Thursday, with Friday by appointment only
- Occasional availability for Saturdays may be required for pre-scheduled appointments serving select patients
As our Front Desk Concierge Receptionist, you will support both the surgical and aesthetic sides of the practice and be closely involved in day-to-day operations, including:
- Patient reception and communication
- Scheduling plastic surgery consultations, pre-operative visits, and post-operative follow-ups
- Answering phone calls, coordinating scheduling needs, and communicating with patients as appropriate
- Administrative duties restocking supplies, and helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Pitching in where needed to help the day run smoothly as part of a collaborative team

Requirements- Personable,
polished professional appearance and communication style - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable communicating professionally with patients, providers, and team members in person and by phone
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and respect for patient privacy are essential
- Comfortable taking initiative and working as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service in a med spa, aesthetics, or plastic surgery setting is required (2 years minimum)
- Current experience with Symplast EMR
- Advanced proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
- Proficient navigating Allé and Aspire practice Rewards
